The partnership began when Steadfast Displays first integrated an IPG Photonics system into their production line, gaining valuable operational experience that laid the groundwork for further technological adoption.

Last month marked a significant milestone as Steadfast Displays' engineering team visited IPG Photonics' laser training center for hands-on experience with the Theo.Laser system. This practical demonstration provided the team with comprehensive insights into laser welding capabilities, reinforcing their confidence in IPG Photonics' technical solutions.

Building on this positive experience, Steadfast Displays has now selected IPG Photonics' Ultra series equipment for their production facility. Recognizing the critical importance of precision and efficiency in manufacturing processes, IPG Photonics complemented the Ultra system delivery with customized accessories designed to optimize performance. These included proprietary IPG laser gun barrels and dual-feed nozzles with advanced shielding technology, all engineered to enhance welding accuracy, process stability, and operator safety.
